Den mest tydliga aspekten av fastan handlar om att klara av att kunna avst\u00e5 fr\u00e5n att \u00e4ta och dricka trots att man \u00e4r hungrig eller t\u00f6rstig. Men fastan handlar ocks\u00e5 om att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00f6rfina sin karakt\u00e4r och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka kontrollera sina k\u00e4nslor.<\/p>\n<p>Fastan p\u00e5minner oss om att vi beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4gga energi p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt saker i v\u00e5ra liv. Att l\u00e4gga energi p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt saker inneb\u00e4r att g\u00f6ra s\u00e5dant som du sj<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00e4lv och\/eller andra kommer ha nytta av. Inf\u00f6r varje handling m\u00e5ste vi t\u00e4nka \u201d\u00e4r detta n\u00e5got jag skulle vilja presentera inf\u00f6r Gud?\u201d.
