Ramadan infaller p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren och fastedagarna \u00e4r ca 16-17 timmar l\u00e5nga. Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 extra viktigt att planera sin n\u00e4ringsintag f\u00f6r att hush\u00e5lla med energi under hela dagen.<\/p>\n<p>1. Vad beho\u0308ver jag ta\u0308nka pa\u030a kring kost och tr\u00e4ning under Ramadan?<br \/>\n2. Vad ska jag a\u0308ta och vad ska jag helst undvika?<br \/>\n3. Hur ska jag tr\u00e4na?<br \/>\n4. Hur pa\u030averkas min h\u00e4lsa och energibalans av vad jag \u00e4ter och hur mycket jag r\u00f6r p\u00e5 mig?<\/p>\n<p>Dessa \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av dem fr\u00e5gorna som kommer att behandlar under f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningarna. Vi b\u00f6rjar med att l\u00e4ra oss om de grundl\u00e4ggande principerna om kost och tr\u00e4ning f\u00f6rst f\u00f6r att sedan f\u00f6rdjupa oss i \u00e4mnet mer och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 helheten f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare kunna styra v\u00e5r kosth\u00e5llning mot h\u00e4lsosammare riktning. Vi kommer att titta n\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 betydelsen av r\u00e4tt intag av n\u00e4ring som i sin tur p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5r ork och v\u00e5rt m\u00e5ende s\u00e4rskild under fastans l\u00e5nga timmar. Vi kommer ocks\u00e5 titta n\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningens betydelse och varf\u00f6r det \u00e4r viktigt med fysisk aktivitet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rel\u00e4sningsserien kommer att h\u00e5llas av coach Umed Sultanov, utbildad h\u00e4lsocoach och medicinsk tr\u00e4nare tillika aktivitetsansvarig f\u00f6r Muslimska Fredsr\u00f6relsens.
