Ramadan infaller p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren och fastedagarna \u00e4r mycket l\u00e5nga &#8211; ca 17-19 timmar. Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 extra viktigt att planera sin n\u00e4ringsintag f\u00f6r att hush\u00e5lla med energi under hela dagen.<br \/>\n1. Vad beho\u0308ver jag ta\u0308nka pa\u030a kring kost och na\u0308ring under Ramadan? 2. Hur pa\u030averkar kosten min energibalans och mitt ma\u030aende under fastan?<br \/>\n3. Vad ska jag a\u0308ta och vad ska jag helst undvika? F\u00f6rel\u00e4sningsserien kommer att best\u00e5 av tre avsnitt. Vi b\u00f6rjar med att l\u00e4ra oss de grundl\u00e4ggande principerna om kost och n\u00e4ring f\u00f6rst f\u00f6r att sedan f\u00f6rdjupa oss i \u00e4mnet mer och f\u00f6rst\u00e5 helheten f\u00f6r att l\u00e4ttare kunna styra v\u00e5r kosth\u00e5llning mot h\u00e4lsosammare riktning. Vi kommer att titta n\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 betydelsen av r\u00e4tt intag av n\u00e4ring som i sin tur p\u00e5verkar v\u00e5r ork och v\u00e5rt m\u00e5ende s\u00e4rskild under fastans l\u00e5nga timmar. F\u00f6rel\u00e4sningsserien kommer att h\u00e5llas av coach Umed Sultanov, utbildad h\u00e4lsocoach och personlig tr\u00e4nare tillika ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r Muslimska Fredsr\u00f6relsens region Stockholm.
