About Meta-Culture
\nOver 25 years of experience in conflict resolution and facilitating dialogue on a range of topics, across the world, has led to the development of a radical approach to conducting Dialogue between polarized groups. The traditional practice of Dialogue is used as a structured methodology to help people with differing views, interests and beliefs to have focused, honest and productive conversation to deepen their understanding of each other. However, Meta-Dialogue goes beyond conventional Dialogue, in that the approach is honest, frank and devoid of any attempt at \u2018correct\u2019 posturing that makes most exercises such as these innocuous and hence irrelevant.<\/p>\n
Our rich experience of over three years in creating honest, intense inter-religious Dialogue between Hindus, Muslims and Christians in India is used as a case study to describe the uniqueness of this process.<\/p>\n
About Mr. Ashok
\nAshok is a mediator, facilitator, and teacher with over 25 years of experience in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He founded Meta\u2013Culture a thinking and human engagement studio in 2005. Meta-Culture is an internationally acknowledged leader in the research and practice of critical and creative thinking; conflict resolution; consensus building and dialogue. In recognition of Meta-Culture\u2019s work, it was the 2010 recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award of the International Committee of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR).<\/p>\n
